The ‘Women in Power’ project and training kept getting very good feedback lately in Romania, and not only from the organisations from the fields directly targeted, but also from other types of organisations.
RTxC was present with our project in events like the European Cluster Conference in Bucharest (where a woman was elected cluster manager of the year!), in various seminars on the qualification and occupation of the work force, or even in the Holde Expo – China UE exhibition, where RTxC had a special booth dedicated to promoting the project
On the 11th of June, representatives from RTxC attended the national conference on the inclusion of the vulnerable groups as an answer to the working force deficit was held in Bucharest. As part of the panel of speakers, they presented our project and especially the training, which was received as a helping tool for all the vulnerable groups, not only for women.
